to raise social awareness of the importance of respecting dignity during the end of life, and to serve as a stepping stone to provide related knowledge and service.
The mission of Research Institute for Hospice and Palliative Care is to create a 'Global Hospice Palliative Care Research Community'.
The mission of Research Institute for Hospice and Palliative Care is embodied in the following three visions.
- Creating cooperative network for hospice and palliative care with universities, specialized(medical) institutions, global and local communities
- Generating new knowledge (convergence knowledge) in the field of hospice and palliative care that designs the future
- Nurturing leading experts in hospice and palliative care
